Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site and remote clinical support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. The role trains customer staff and partners with the sales team to ensure optimal equipment use and service.

The position emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, data-driven insights, and ongoing education while complying with FDA and ISO requirements. Occasional travel and remote work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training for Fujifilm equipment to regional customers.
• Deliver on-site and remote client support and troubleshooting.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video towers/systems.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; monitor repairs and escalate as needed.
• Analyze data and deliver weekly/monthly reports to management.
