Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse - KSBN required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming calls and evaluate patient health status using nursing protocols.
  • Record and report patient conditions and reactions to drugs; instruct patients and families.
  • Oversee appointment bookings and coordinate testing and admissions.
  • Refill prescribed medications per standing orders and coordinate with pharmacies as directed by providers.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments and procedures.
  • Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and admissions; collaborate with on-site staff for coordinated care.
