Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board certified in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the states where patients are located.
• DEA registration.
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth technology.
• Comfortable working with AI-supported clinical tools.
• Ability to work independently within a virtual care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations and follow-up visits for adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common endocrine disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical data.
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding conditions, options, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and virtual care team.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support documentation and workflow.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment and maintain accountability for care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care per telehealth standards.
