BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Litigation Associate based in Nashville, TN to defend and litigate employment-related matters, advise employers on labor issues, and manage agency charges and demand letters on a nationwide basis.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to the California bar with 4+ years of California employment litigation experience, possess excellent written and oral communication, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and demonstrate professionalism and teamwork

Qualifications

• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Admitted to the California state bar.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before agencies and mediations.
