Job summary

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, through its affiliation with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst and NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens, seeks a full-time Radiologist for regional emergency imaging coverage. This is a REMOTE position anywhere in the United States, with a schedule of one week on followed by two weeks off, and shifts 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

ET. Elmhurst’s Radiology Department offers a collegial team environment and a faculty appointment commensurate with credentials.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent required; board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
• New York State Medical License and active NYS license preferred; DEA and Medicaid numbers required.
• Fellowship in Neuro or Body imaging is a plus; strong diagnostic and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies for emergency department patients at Elmhurst and Queens Hospital Center.
• Provide accurate, timely interpretations across a range of acute clinical presentations in emergency radiology.
