Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation, a leader in refining, seeks a Terminal Coordinator for the Baltimore, MD area within the Finance division. The role oversees terminal operations, tank gauging, sample gathering, and product receipts, with duties including supervision of truck loading and site maintenance.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience preferred; some computer knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facility Operation: Open/close valves, gauge tanks, take readings, inspect equipment.
• Marine Dock Operations & Product Receipts: Coordinate with delivery/inspectors, assist vessel docking, manage hose connections.
• Plant Maintenance: Routine maintenance, calibrating gauges, greasing valves, grounds upkeep, troubleshooting.
• Equipment Testing & Inspection: Log alarms, inspect safety gear, test fire systems.
• Truck Loading Supervision: Train drivers, manage driver files, update automation systems.
• Routine Operations: Monitor tank levels, offload trucks, reconcile inventories, perform data entry.
