Job summary

SC Johnson is hiring a Senior Analyst, Supplier Quality to evaluate and improve the quality of external manufacturers and the supply base. You will ensure suppliers meet technical, regulatory, and customer requirements during product introductions and ongoing performance monitoring.

You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive supplier readiness, reduce risk, and ensure successful project execution. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1+ years of quality experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product development teams to drive quality in early stages of development.
• Participate in pre-commercialization quality activities and project reviews.
• Support supplier quality for new product introductions and performance criteria.
