Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with web development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, jQuery, JSON.
• Experience with database systems: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or Berkeley DB.
• Familiarity with NRCS/NRI survey processes and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for the NRI survey and CSSM clients.
• Implement software with statistical methods and algorithms.
• Develop estimation programs with sampling and imputation methods.
• Perform database programming and systems programming.
• Create web applications as needed.
