Army National Guard Units (Wyoming Army National Guard) seeks a Safety and Occupational Health Manager to lead the state SOH office, directing programs across industrial processes, shops, and hazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with DoD and National Guard policies.

The role requires managing investigations, implementing health protection initiatives, and promoting a strong safety culture through training and awards. Telework eligibility is noted where appropriate.

Competenze

• Experience in safety and occupational health program management.

Mansioni

• Oversees the WYARNG Safety and Occupational Health Office programs and staff, ensuring alignment with laws, DoD/DoJ policy, and National Guard goals.
• Manages a comprehensive safety and health program across diverse operations, including hazardous materials handling and industrial hygiene.
• Conducts mishap investigations per DoDI 6055.07 and 29 CFR 1904.39, ensuring proper notification, reporting, and recordkeeping.
