Keadjian Associates is a leading strategic communications and management consulting firm seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our Bay Area team. The role emphasizes public relations, public affairs and corporate communications for high-profile clients.

We require 3-4 years of experience in communications or management consulting, with strong writing/editing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in communications or management consulting
• Experience at a corporate communications, public relations or public affairs agency or comparable in-house position preferred
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and strong attention to detail
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work collaboratively
• Experience in energy, land use or infrastructure sectors is a plus
• Spanish language proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality client messaging and materials (talking points, fact sheets, posters, timelines)
• Write materials with language and tone that align with the client's voice and engage audiences
• Track key activities via spreadsheets and deliverables
• Share updates in client calls and team meetings
• Anticipate issues and propose solutions for flawless planning and execution
