Qualifications

• Experience in nonclinical safety assessment activities involving small and large molecule modalities.
• Familiarity with GLP regulations and sponsor oversight expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple studies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% for on-site study monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and operationalize protocols for nonclinical safety studies across small/large molecules.
• Serve as primary monitoring contact for outsourced toxicology and nonclinical safety studies at CROs.
• Conduct on-site visits and remote oversight to assess study conduct and data quality.
• Identify and resolve scientific, technical, or operational issues with CROs and internal teams.
• Prepare monitoring reports, visit summaries, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive follow-up on action items and milestones across multiple studies.
• Manage multiple concurrent studies, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Review CRO performance metrics to support vendor oversight improvements.
• Support CRO qualification activities and vendor audits.
• Collaborate to review regulatory documents and health authority responses as applicable.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to enhance study planning and oversight.
