695 OKLAHOMA TAX COMMISSION is seeking a Mixed Scope Auditor for the Mixed Beverage unit in Oklahoma City. The role aligns with Audit Services to perform fair and thorough audits of mixed beverage, sales tax, and related returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

As part of the Audit Services Division, you will apply auditing methods, analyze financial documents, and prepare reports with clear recommendations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or public administration.
• 4 years of professional auditing, accounting, or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Review Internal Revenue and Oklahoma tax statutes and communicate with taxpayers.
• Audit individual and business tax returns for compliance and accuracy.
• Review mixed beverage and sales tax returns and ABLE data for adherence to regulations.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
