Job summary

raSmith is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager for the Wisconsin market. The role focuses on assessing project requirements, stamping surveys, preparing proposals, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships across diverse projects. Requirements include a Wisconsin P.L.S, 5+ years of project management and field survey experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

A B.S. in Survey or Civil Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin P.L.S is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a project manager.
• Five years of field survey experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and develop an approach to meet client needs and stamp surveys as Surveyor in Responsible Charge.
• Prepare and review proposals, budgets and invoices, mentor survey team members and provide training.
• Maintain client relationships and supervise compliance with specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
