Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and solutions-oriented counsel on FDA labeling and promotional matters.
• Advise on patient support and programs while ensuring compliance with healthcare laws.
• Educate partners on legal implications of marketing programs.
• Advise on implications of interactions with third parties in the therapeutic area.
• Participate as a core member of leadership teams for U.S. brands/global strategies.
• Draft, review, and advise on contracts related to Lilly assets, including research agreements.
