KeyBank is seeking a highly analytical Senior Associate to join our Commercial Analytics team in Cleveland. You will partner with Commercial Banking leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance and foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of analytics, consulting, or strategy in financial services or similar.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python and data visualization tools.
• Experience building forecast models, dashboards, and executive-ready insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product-level, driver-based forecasting tools and monitor performance against targets.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance strategy and monitor industry trends.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Develop concise, persuasive presentations and storytelling for executives.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative analytics culture.
