Job summary

The University of Michigan College of Pharmacy seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator (Intermediate) or Associate to lead daily participant recruitment, clinic visit operations, remote monitoring, and regulatory compliance across protocols.

Working on-site with study participants and healthcare professionals, you will ensure protocol execution, data quality, and adherence to GCP and FDA guidelines while collaborating with the PI and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field, or equivalent clinical credentials.
• SOCRA/ACRP/IATA certification desired but not required.
• Knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute study protocols and timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee in-person clinical visit activities and testing.
• Ensure complete, accurate, on-time data entry and documentation.
• Interact with study team to ensure participant safety and protocol fidelity.
• Independent oversight at Intermediate level; supervision at Associate level.
• Develop recruitment strategies and manage enrollment workflows.
