Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience with specialized expertise in power transformers.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and document transformer testing and maintenance activities.
• Travel within the U.S., Canada, and elsewhere for project completion.
• Develop expertise in power transformers, including design and testing.
• Assist in marketing and business proposals for power transformers.
• Negotiate and administer contracts related to projects.

Skills

General knowledge of transmission components

High-voltage testing experience

Excellent computer skills in MS Office

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good presentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
