Job summary

LPT Recruiting is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Document Review Attorney for a remote, temporary, full-time position. The role focuses on high-level document review using Relativity in civil litigation projects, with flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST and a usual 40-hour week.

Qualified attorneys must be licensed, reside in NC/SC/FL/TN/TX for the duration, and pass background checks. Start dates: July 6 or July 13, 2026, with onboarding beforehand.

Qualifications

• Must be an active licensed attorney in good standing.
• Must reside in NC/SC/FL/TN/TX for the entire duration of the work.
• Possess high-level Relativity database experience.
• Demonstrate experience with civil litigation strategy and legal documents.
• Own and use a personal computer capable of running the required review software.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
• Successfully complete a background check, conflicts check, and remote interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level document review using Relativity with multi-level analysis.
• Apply coding panes and issue flags per civil litigation strategy.
• Collaborate remotely with team; participate in training and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication.
