MapleX Naturals Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Paid Search Manager to lead execution, strategy, and optimization of digital marketing across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, ecommerce, or equivalent work or educational experience
• 4+ years in an eCommerce, Analytics or Retail Sales Planning role
• Experience managing in-house retail paid search campaigns preferred
• Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel, Google AdWords, Amazon and Google Analytics
• Experience analyzing performance data and presenting findings via reports and high impact presentations
• Proactive and results oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and concise communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for executive management and attend meetings with the CEO
• Execute multiple paid search campaigns across Google, Amazon Shopping, Walmart.ca, and social channels
• Manage budgets and pacing across PPC campaigns, forecasting spend and sales
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and KPIs for profitable demand and retention
• Develop audience-based strategies to increase new customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee product feed optimization for Google Shopping, social, and affiliate databases
• Champion new ideas and technologies to improve SEM ROAS and efficiency
