Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Dynamics Development Lead for a remote, contract assignment. You will manage the technical implementation team and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.

The role requires 8+ years of software development and 5+ years in Dynamics 365, with strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. Candidates must be US citizens and eligible for W2 employment.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience.
Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
Experience leading Agile development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Dynamics developers.
Establish coding standards and development best practices.
Design technical solutions supporting Dynamics and Power Platform functionality.
Review and approve technical designs and code.
Coordinate deployments and release management activities.
Troubleshoot complex production issues.
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
