Bright Horizons is seeking a Software Developer to design and support applications used by internal and client teams. You will translate requirements into business systems and work with cross-functional groups to enhance processes, data, and user experience.

This remote US role emphasizes collaboration, code quality, and ongoing improvement. The position requires a CS degree, 3+ years in .NET/ Dynamics development, and proficiency with JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET web application development and/or Microsoft Dynamics development.
• Experience with plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, and ASP.Net MVC.

Responsibilities

• Design system enhancements and business process changes to drive efficiency and data usefulness.
• Collaborate with outside vendors in a shared development environment.
• Support application issues with Application Support, QA, and development teams.
• Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data completeness.
• Provide updates to managers and project teams on progress, schedules, and issues.
• Deliver engaging, audience-tailored presentations.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
