Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Due Diligence Attorney to support a mission-driven organization handling sophisticated business transactions, including governance, acquisitions and real estate.

You will analyze legal risks, structure and negotiate transactions, review and draft agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex gift and asset matters, with private equity and M&A experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions, including formations, governance, acquisitions and sales of businesses.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions highly preferred.
• Strong drafting and review of agreements; collaboration with internal stakeholders.
