Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Dual Occupational Medicine and Pain Management Physician Advisor for a flexible telework role. You will provide peer review services and second opinions on disability claims as an independent contractor with 1099 status.

You’ll review cases, apply clinical guidelines, and help ensure high‑quality determinations. Board certifications in both specialties are required; IMR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Medical License in your practice state.
• Board Certification in both Occupational Medicine and Pain Management.
• Experience in disability evaluations and peer review preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide second opinions on disability claims and peer review reviews.
• Review cases using evidence‑based guidelines and clinical resources.
• Communicate findings via secure electronic means; advisory‑only opinions.
