Job summary

TSMG Holding is building a talent network of experienced drone operations professionals to support upcoming UAS programs across the United States, including logistics and aerial operations.

We are seeking talent with a Part 107 certificate, hands-on UAS operations experience, and the ability to work in dynamic field environments. You will help ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with field teams on BVLOS or autonomous projects.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required.
• Experience with commercial UAS operations.
• Strong understanding of airspace, safety, and procedures.
• Experience in BVLOS, logistics, delivery, inspection, or autonomous operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in dynamic operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee commercial drone operations in accordance with applicable regulations and operating procedures.
• Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight activities.
• Assess flight readiness and operational conditions.
• Monitor operational safety and compliance requirements.
• Support incident reporting and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with field operations, maintenance, and support teams.
