Aware Health seeks a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Clinical Specialist) to deliver remote MSK care via our telehealth platform, with a 10:00–19:00 Pacific Time schedule and occasional on-site coverage as needed. You will practice at the top of your license, make complex clinical decisions, and drive patient outcomes across diverse MSK cases.

This role requires a DPT and active licensure in PST- region and offers substantial equity, medical/dental/vision, and retirement benefits.

Formación

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed to support patient coverage.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) or strong preference for sitting for the OCS.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload across MSK domains via telehealth and in-person.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and differential diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with exercise, education, and lifestyle interventions.
• Communicate diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment recommendations clearly to support patient understanding.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely tracking of patient progress.
