Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in petroleum engineering, geological engineering, geophysics, geology or closely related field
  • 15+ years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) operations
  • 10+ years oilfield operations management/supervisory experience
  • EOR experience with planning and design of upstream E&P projects
  • Experience in task management: planning, oversight, coordination, project status, and budgeting
  • Cover letter outlining qualifications and experience in the field
  • Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and translate technical insights into actionable solutions
  • Inform project strategies and implement production and energy solutions
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and pursue business opportunities responsive to client needs
  • Assist project managers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and present at meetings, conferences
  • Prepare technical reports, conference papers, and outreach materials
  • Travel may be required
