Job summary
Travere Therapeutics seeks a Director of Scientific Communications - Medical Content, Sparsentan, to shape medical content strategy across Global Medical Affairs. You will drive scientifically accurate and compliant narratives, collaborate with Publication and Medical Education teams, and lead a team to deliver impactful communications across portfolios.
The role requires 10+ years in scientific communications and medical affairs, with leadership across programs, and travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- PharmD or PhD in life sciences; equivalent mix of education and experience considered
- 10+ years in scientific communications and medical affairs with leadership across cross-functional programs
Responsibilities
- Lead scientific narrative and medical content strategy for sparsentan
- Collaborate with Publication and Education teams to create holistic content plans
- Oversee development of strategic medical content aligned with Medical Affairs objectives
- Develop communication campaigns for key focus areas
- Lead Medical Content team and stakeholder meetings
- Partner with Medical Evidence Generation Lead and Publication Lead
- Coordinate with Digital Engagement & Innovation for digital content
- Review content with vendors for alignment and compliance
- Provide SME guidance on medical content processes and guidelines
- Travel as required to congresses and meetings
