Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in investment sales, wealth management, or financial planning.
• Series 7 & 66 preferred; 7 & 63 required; can acquire 65/66 within 90 days.
• Proven success managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized retirement planning and investment guidance to participants.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and identify opportunities to expand Fidelity products.
• Support growth initiatives for Personal and Workplace Investments.
• Foster strong client relationships across multiple workplace client organizations.
