Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Director of Statistical Programming to lead programming activities across multiple clinical studies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and CRO oversight. You will guide internal and external teams in results reporting and regulatory submissions, bringing advanced SAS and AI-assisted methods to the process.

The role is based in California with a remote setup and bi-annual visits to the SF office.

Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or BS with 12+ years.
• Minimum 5 years in a lead statistical programmer role.
• Experience with CDISC standards and FDA SDTCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for multiple clinical studies and reports.
• Review CRO deliverables for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Manage programming deliverables across monitoring, SDS, and regulatory responses.
• Collaborate with external alliances for coordination and communication.
• Set up SAS environment and automate delivery with modern tools, including AI.
• Represent programming in cross-functional study teams and manage timelines.
• Develop and maintain programming standards and SOPs.
