Job Summary

We seek an innovative leader responsible for delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions, including developing proposals, collaborating with sales and operations, and managing client relationships to support ESFM’s growth. The role involves strategic planning, proposal development, client presentations, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel at least 50%.
• Create tailored proposals leveraging ESFM’s supply chain expertise.
• Review RFPs, participate in opportunity assessments, and develop strategies aligned with client goals.
• Develop comprehensive supply chain strategies, including sourcing, cost savings, and transition plans.
• Work with stakeholders to vet proposals and communicate solutions effectively.
• Set financial and service commitments and ensure they are met.
• Engage with suppliers to secure commitments.
• Maintain flexibility and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement and operational teams for seamless execution.
• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and solution design.
• Conduct on-site data collection when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, preferably in facility management services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Advanced financial knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
