Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural engineering teams.
• Expertise delivering cloud-based SaaS applications on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong background in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and modern software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Drive technical execution of the SaaS product portfolio and align engineering priorities with business objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders, establishing KPIs and OKRs to measure performance and quality.
