Jobgether is seeking a Director of Recruiting in the United States to own the full recruitment lifecycle across functional areas, including marketing, operations, and leadership roles. You will lead sourcing strategies, pipelines, and structured assessments while partnering with leadership and external partners to optimize hiring performance.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with remote-first or fast-growth exposure.
• Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and closing senior and leadership hires across functions.
• Strong outbound sourcing and expertise with LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and online communities.
• Experience designing structured interviews, case studies, and assessments with data-driven recommendations.
• Leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Daily use of AI tools and recruitment tech to improve workflows and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization, including leadership positions.
• Build and manage pipelines through LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments, including for director-level roles, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience and professional employer brand representation.
• Monitor and optimize sourcing channels based on performance, expand talent pools, and manage external recruiting partners.
• Track weekly hiring metrics and provide clear reports to leadership.
• Leverage recruitment technology to improve sourcing, screening, workflow, and candidate communication.
