Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a Director of Operations Efficiency and Workflow Integrity to drive end-to-end operational excellence. This remote role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing workflow integrity across the organization.

You will lead a team of workflow professionals, partner with cross‑functional leaders, and develop scalable automation solutions to support cost reduction, revenue improvement, and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in operational excellence, workflow optimization, process automation, or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, revenue, or cost.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and related systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong data‑analysis skills and ability to translate findings into measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste through automation and re‑engineering.
• Lead evaluation of operational needs, define requirements, and determine appropriate solution.
• Design and implement scalable workflow and automation solutions for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Support analytics to improve visibility, efficiency, and automation performance.
• Ensure automation quality through planning, testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Lead and develop Workflow professionals across process improvement, reporting, and support.
• Mentor and coach to strengthen problem‑solving, operational, and analytical skills.
