Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Quality Systems, QA, or QC within pharma manufacturing under global GMP requirements.
• Proven track record managing complex investigations, risk assessment, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong experience supporting regulatory inspections and health authority interactions.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, organizational design, budget oversight and performance management for CTL Quality Oversight.
• Establish risk-based quality oversight for contract testing laboratories and cell banking.
• Provide operational leadership to ensure GLP/GMP compliance and product testing integrity.
• Resolve quality issues, OOS investigations, and deviations affecting launches or supply.
