Job summary

Impresiv Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Claims Systems and EDI to lead development and operations of enterprise claims processing and EDI platforms across multiple lines of business, with focus on stability and modernization.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with QNXT, strong technical leadership, and a proven track record in managed care environments, overseeing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in information systems/healthcare technology roles.
• Minimum of 5 years managing information services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise Claims and EDI systems across multiple lines of business.
• Oversee operational performance, stability, scalability, and reliability of claims processing environments.
• Direct upgrades, enhancements, expansions, architecture, and modernization of Claims and EDI platforms.
• Establish and lead a Claims System Implementation Team.
• Execute strategic technology initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop modernization strategies to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Oversee internal and third-party applications essential to claims processing and EDI operations.
• Partner with leaders to address system challenges and deliver solutions.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and technical teams responsible for claims systems development and support.
• Evaluate existing systems to improve efficiency and long-term sustainability.
