Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6+ years in AI/ML algorithms or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience deploying AI/ML at scale with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Oversee design, testing, deployment, and governance of AI components.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI tech.
• Develop state-of-the-art foundation model optimization techniques.
• Drive long-term AI platform strategy and enterprise governance.
