Job summary

E3n is a not-for-profit, member-based organization serving independent schools, educators, students, and families across the full student lifecycle. The Director, Member Success, Academic, will join a mission-driven team to support member schools in effectively using assessment and well-being tools to improve teaching and student outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of member schools, guide onboarding, and partner with internal teams to ensure timely support and valuable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9-12+ years of experience in education, academic leadership, assessment, member success, customer success, or relationship management.
• Experience working with schools, educators, or education-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage member school relationships and onboarding within the assigned portfolio.
• Support onboarding and engagement to ensure successful use of assessment and well-being tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Research, Learning, Platform) to resolve questions and improve the member experience.
• Represent E3n at conferences, webinars, and member-facing events.
