Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Director of National Access to drive payer coverage and patient access for oncology products. You will own relationships with national and regional payers, PBMs, and government accounts, shaping formulary access and reimbursement strategies to balance revenue goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop plans, negotiate coverage, and respond to evolving payer landscapes while maintaining compliance and stakeholder alignment across markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• This role requires HEOR and budget impact modeling experience for payers.
• Experience with national and regional payer plans and PBMs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to deliver reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies aligning with national and regional payer perspectives.
• Lead engagement with payer accounts and PBMs, including formulary positioning and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Sales to execute plans.
• Analyze oncology market access trends and reimbursement models.
• Be a subject matter expert on payer environments and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on account strategy and execution.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses for responsibilities.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve access strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support patient access with necessary financial coverage resources.
• Attend meetings and conferences as needed.
