Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking a Director-level client service professional to lead the FoxPointe Solutions team. This remote role covers security assessments, design reviews, risk assessments, and governance across applications and infrastructure.

You will mentor staff, manage client engagements, and develop cross-sell opportunities while leveraging standards such as NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and CMMC. Salary ranges are commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Certification in security, risk or IT fields (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001).
• Associate degree required (AS).
• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or IT Audit.
• Experience in Enterprise Risk or Compliance fields.
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience mentoring and leading staff.
• Regulatory, privacy and international laws knowledge.
• Risk frameworks, maturity models, and enterprise IT security risk methodologies.
• Vendor management, policy frameworks, controls design and security architecture.
• Audits and attestation engagements such as PCI DSS, SSAE18, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from client acquisition to final project delivery.
• Oversee client service teams on multiple engagements.
• Manage, develop, train and mentor staff.
• Develop effective relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell the firm’s services.
• Communicate requirements of technical and process improvements to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of IT security frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC, FFIEC).
• Perform IT security risk assessments, PCI engagements, IT audits and remediation recommendations.
