Nuvision Federal Credit Union is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a remote role across AK, AZ, So.CA, FL, NV, TX, WA, WY. The role centers on developing and implementing digital content and campaigns, including trigger-based emails via Marketo, SEO, SEM, and website content to drive lead generation.

Reporting to the SVP Marketing and Public Relations, you will own email automation, website compliance, UX, and analytics while coordinating with internal stakeholders to align digital

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on digital marketing experience with Marketo campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting and paid search
• HTML, digital design, Google Analytics, and copywriting proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Proficient with MS Office tools and data presentation

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and optimize automated trigger-based email campaigns for internal stakeholders
• Manage website content, UX, hosting, and performance analysis
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid search, and content
• Collaborate with branches, Call Center, Lending, and Mortgage teams
• Analyze usage data and provide actionable insights
• Build internal marketing automation expertise and train the Marketing team
• Communicate digital marketing strategy and tactics to the team
• Support member relations and events as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
