Job summary

RockWorld Merchandising is a full-service merchandise company partnering with artists, bands, festivals, brands, creators, and influencers to develop products that connect with audiences. The Digital Marketing Designer will craft digital assets for ecommerce and marketing across a portfolio of clients, aligning with brand identities and driving conversions.

The role reports to the Director of Ecommerce and collaborates with Ecommerce and Paid Media teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional ecommerce design or related field.
Portfolio demonstrates ability to work across multiple brands and visual identities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and/or Figma.
Experience creating light motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and produce digital assets for Shopify storefronts, banners, headers, and social assets.
Collaborate with Ecommerce and Paid Media teams to optimize creative performance.
Retouch, color-correct, resize, and prepare product photography for ecommerce use.
Maintain organized asset libraries and templates for recurring campaigns.
Communicate project status and deadlines to Director of Ecommerce.
