Job summary

Crowd Surf LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a remote/hybrid team focused on music and entertainment branding. The role requires editing videos, graphic design, copywriting, and strong communication skills to support client campaigns and daily social media tasks.

The position is entry-level with hours from 3pm–10:30pm PST (6pm–1:30am ET). Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks to help clients achieve goals for social and digital properties, under guidance of Marketing Manager.
• Create, edit and post content across social platforms.
• Maintain client fan engagement with on-brand, innovative content.
• Write copy with grammatical accuracy and proofread links for correctness.
• Collaborate with artists and teams to craft compelling online content and campaigns.
• Generate original ideas for digital trends, collaborations, and on-site events.
• Monitor comments and sentiment; provide weekly/monthly client reports.
• Roll out approved content optimized for each platform.
• Develop and execute online promotions; assist with overall digital strategy.
• Support other tasks to assist clients as needed.
• Occasional on-site client meetings depending on location.
