Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a sharp digital designer on an independent contractor basis. You will produce social graphics, web updates (Webflow/Squarespace/WordPress), and deck designs for executive-level clients across diverse brands.

You'll bring 1–3 years of professional design experience, proficiency in Figma and Canva, and a workflow that leverages AI tools to speed delivery without sacrificing quality. Remote work with flexible hours is available to US/Canada-based candidates.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of professional digital design experience with a portfolio.
Proficient in Figma; comfortable with Canva and CapCut for templated social work.
Familiar with Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress for web updates.
Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Demonstrable experience designing social graphics that perform.
Solid deck design skills and strong typography/layout fundamentals.
Active use of AI tools to accelerate design work.

Responsibilities

Create digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, and internal initiatives.
Edit short-form video content for social media and paid advertising.
Resize, format and adapt assets for different platforms and placements.
Maintain brand fidelity across multiple client identities.
