Job summary

The International Code Council is seeking a Digital Content Creator to support the Senior Digital Content Manager and the ICC Communications team. This role develops high-quality copy for websites, marketing materials, and other digital channels, handling multiple projects with a positive and organized approach.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications, and strong AP style editing, proofreading, and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar content creation/communications role.
• Strong writing/editing ability with attention to AP style and detail.
• Experience coordinating internal communications and newsletters.
• Familiarity with CMS and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute newsletters and bylines for earned media.
• Research, edit, and write content for websites and internal communications.
• Support email marketing initiatives and internal communications channels.
• Proofread and edit department content, eblasts, and talking points.
• Coordinate with ICC Communications team and senior leaders on content delivery.
