You will manage the digital banking team, collaborate with risk, security, and business partners, and report performance metrics to leadership, while aligning with regulatory requirements and bank strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of banking experience.
• 3–5 years of Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
