Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitian Partners to deliver personalized nutrition care via remote sessions. You will help Medicaid and underserved populations access SNAP benefits and use Foodsmart's marketplace to improve dietary habits and budgeting for healthier eating.

Qualifications

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the CDR and licensed dietitian.
• Must have at least one state license; willing to apply for additional licensure in 1–3+ states (reimbursed).
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High-speed internet and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
• Document care in electronic medical records per Nutrition Care Process.
• Assist patients in maximizing Foodsmart's digital platform.
• Manage a panel of clients with chronic health conditions.
• Communicate effectively via HIPAA-compliant video calls and messaging.
