Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist for telehealth coverage with a Alabama clinic. The role covers CT, MRI and ultrasound body imaging, with shifts 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and about 40 studies per day.

Fellowship-trained radiologists are preferred; licensing support is available and credentialing takes about six weeks. This locums assignment may lead to future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
• Fellowship training is preferred.
• Licensing support and credentialing are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth diagnostic imaging interpretation for CT, MRI and ultrasound (body imaging).
• Shifts run 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with up to one week of coverage per month.
• Collaborate with colleagues and review resident charts as part of standard workflow.
• Approximately 40 studies per day with Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360 in use.
