Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a 100% remote tele-radiology position, enabling work from anywhere with coverage across Georgia’s two high-volume Piedmont locations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency Program.
• Fellowship training preferred.
• Active medical license, or ability to obtain unrestricted licensure.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies (CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound).
• Prioritize and manage STAT, urgent, and routine examinations.
• Communicate critical findings promptly to referring providers and care teams.
• Generate accurate, timely, and compliant radiology reports.
• Collaborate with emergency department physicians, specialists, and hospital-based clinical teams.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives.
