Job summary

You will investigate cybersecurity incidents, perform forensic analysis, and help organizations respond to security events while building DFIR capabilities in fast‑paced client environments.

The role involves hands‑on investigations, collaboration with senior teams, and providing client-facing reporting in a remote, travel‑heavy setting across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on DFIR, Security Operations, or SOC experience.
• Experience with ransomware, intrusion activity, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access incidents.
• Foundational understanding of forensic methodologies and chain‑of‑custody.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct DFIR investigations across enterprise environments.
• Perform forensic analysis of endpoints, logs, and cloud environments.
• Preserve evidence following best practices and chain‑of‑custody procedures.
• Document findings and timelines for client and internal reporting.
• Provide remediation recommendations throughout incident response lifecycle.
• Stay informed on emerging threats and DFIR trends.
