Serco seeks an Experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team (100% Remote). This role focuses on embedding security in the software lifecycle, designing secure CI/CD pipelines, and automating infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation. You must be a U.S.

citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have 5+ years in DevOps/Security/Cloud. Proficiency in Azure, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes is expected.

Competenze

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Security/Cloud Engineering
• Proficiency with Azure
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)
